The Marketing Manager will engage in both product development and commercial execution, creating marketing materials and campaigns to support a growing distributor network and elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the medtech or life sciences sectors.
  • Academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with clinical product detailing and value-based communication.
  • Experience with distributor-driven sales models is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey product value effectively.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-motivated work style.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Clinical background or experience in ICUs is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Create and execute engaging marketing campaigns and high-quality materials for global sales and distributor support.
  • Ensure distributors have access to relevant marketing and product communication tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including distributors.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for distributors and partners.
  • Work with product development to ensure offerings meet market and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
