Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a similar marketing role, particularly in product text and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in three languages: English, Shopper, and Search Engines.
  • Informal leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Experience working with external copywriting agencies for SEO.
  • Ability to translate e-commerce insights into actionable strategies at a global level.
  • Strong process optimization skills and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality of product naming and texts for e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive asset delivery.
  • Lead e-commerce expertise within Cross-Franchise Marketing, focusing on SEO insights.
  • Mentor the Associate Marketing Manager and support the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Foster collaboration with e-commerce and digital merchandising teams to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of a tech-enabled global organization.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Promote a culture of participation and collaboration within the team.
