Job summary

This role focuses on optimizing and scaling marketing efforts through data measurement and performance analysis. The Marketing Data & Performance Manager will ensure robust tracking and reporting foundations, acting as an expert in data flow across platforms and performance measurement.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and other paid media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced expertise in GA4, including pixel implementation and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Ability to validate and ensure data accuracy across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Interest in AI-driven analytics and automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Salesforce, and data integration tools like Funnel.io is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tracking and measurement across paid media platforms.
  • Ensure proper pixel implementation and consent-aware tracking.
  • Validate data quality and explain discrepancies across platforms.
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams for data extraction and reporting.
  • Shape and evolve Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution pilots.
  • Drive the development of AI-driven solutions for marketing efficiency.

Skills

  • Strong audience strategy expertise.
  • AdOps experience is a plus.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions regarding data integrity.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
