Job summary

This role focuses on optimizing and scaling global marketing efforts through data measurement and performance analysis. The position involves ensuring robust tracking and reporting across various paid media platforms and enhancing marketing capabilities through AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and other paid media platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced skills in GA4, including pixel implementation and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Ability to validate and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in AI-driven analytics and automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tracking and measurement across paid media platforms.
  • Ensure proper pixel implementation and consent-aware tracking.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on GA4.
  • Validate data quality and explain discrepancies across platforms.
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams for data extraction and reporting.
  • Shape and evolve MMM and MTA pilots for robust attribution.
  • Drive the development of AI-driven marketing solutions.

Skills

  • Strong audience strategy expertise.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into actionable insights.
  • Experience in AdOps is a plus.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
