This role focuses on enhancing global marketing efforts through effective measurement, optimization, and data management. The position involves ensuring robust tracking and reporting systems, as well as developing advanced marketing capabilities using AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and other paid media platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced skills in GA4, including pixel implementation and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of attribution methodologies such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and challenge assumptions regarding data integrity.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Interest in leveraging AI for analytics and automation.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Salesforce, and data integration tools like Funnel.io is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tracking and measurement across various paid media platforms.
  • Ensure proper pixel implementation and consent-aware tracking.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on GA4.
  • Validate data quality and explain discrepancies across platforms.
  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams for data extraction and reporting.
  • Support audience strategy and activation logic.
  • Shape and evolve MMM and MTA pilots for robust attribution.
  • Drive the development of AI-driven marketing solutions.

Skills

  • Expertise in audience strategy and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
