Marketing Coordinator (On-site, UK/Austria/Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing content, campaigns, and sales-support materials across various business units in a growing international organization. The position requires hands-on coordination and production skills to assist a busy marketing team in delivering accurate and useful materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination, content production, project coordination, or a related support role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.
• Good editing, proofreading, and formatting skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with templates, presentations, brochures, website updates, and digital-channel content.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other digital marketing tools.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing content and campaign plans across email, social media, website, and sales-support channels.
• Manage marketing briefs, deliverables, reviews, approvals, and deadlines.
• Adapt and produce campaign assets using approved messages and brand standards.
• Format, edit, proofread, and publish long-form content such as articles and case studies.
• Coordinate review workflows with subject-matter experts and other stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars, production trackers, and asset libraries, escalating delivery risks as necessary.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
