Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer learning programs within the Marketing Academy.
  • Manage participant sign-ups and onboarding processes.
  • Track participant progress and organize participation data for reporting.
  • Act as the main contact for delegates in training courses.
  • Manage the Marketing Learning & Development budget and prepare budget overviews.
  • Support internal communication and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in marketing, learning & development, or related fields is preferred.
