Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer learning programs within the Marketing Academy.
  • Manage participant sign-ups and onboarding processes for delegates.
  • Track participant progress and maintain participation data for reporting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for delegates in training courses.
  • Own and manage the Marketing Learning & Development budget, including creating purchase orders and tracking spending.
  • Lead monthly budget meetings and provide updates on budget status.
  • Support internal communication and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across functions and markets.
  • Solution-oriented approach, adaptable to shifting priorities.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with SAP for budget management and SharePoint for maintaining relevant sites.
