Job summary

The role involves leading and coordinating talent and leadership projects to support the development and delivery of programs aligned with the company's people strategy and business priorities. This position is focused on enhancing leadership capabilities and talent development across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist, with 3 years or more in Talent Management or Leadership.
• Expertise in supporting and implementing talent and succession management, leadership development, and performance management initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to implementation, ensuring structure and follow-through.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with leaders and stakeholders, comfortable influencing and aligning diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate talent and leadership projects from planning through execution.
• Support global talent processes, including succession planning, engagement surveys, talent reviews, and leadership development programs.
• Drive the talent agenda, ensuring programs and initiatives are executed effectively and continuously improved.
• Develop executive-level presentations and materials to support program delivery and adoption.
• Utilize people data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in talent practices.

Education
