Qualifications

• Tertiary level qualifications in Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor high-performing technical teams, conducting performance reviews and supporting career development.
• Foster an engineering culture focused on ownership and collaboration.
• Collaborate with various teams, including architects and product managers, to ensure alignment and effective service capabilities.
• Manage project execution by translating strategic goals into software development roadmaps and ensuring adherence to development processes.
• Embed security and compliance into software design and drive SRE practices within teams.
• Contribute to engineering strategy and advocate for organizational initiatives.
