Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, business development, or business strategy.
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in developing business cases and delivering presentations; financial modeling experience is a plus.
  • A relevant degree in strategy, finance, accounting, or business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee M&A processes from due diligence to negotiation and structuring, both locally and globally.
  • Support the integration of acquired companies into corporate structures and processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to attract and retain strategic customers through financial arrangements.
  • Prepare and present acquisition cases to management.
  • Manage portfolios of local entities, including governance and transaction pipeline management.
  • Develop financial models and conduct market and competitor analyses.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to engage effectively across a complex, global organization.

Education

  • Relevant degree in strategy, finance, accounting, or business (e.g., cand.merc., cand.oecon. or similar).
