Manager, Insights & Data Enablement

Job summary

This role involves leading the new Insights & Data Enablement function, focusing on building a team and ensuring data drives business decisions. The manager will work closely with business functions to translate insights into actionable strategies and will be responsible for the overall governance and collaboration model of the function.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in data insights and enablement, with a strong ability to build business context and solutions.
• Proven experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring a team.
• Ability to balance hands-on analytical work with team leadership and operating model design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning senior leaders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and governance concepts.
• Structured approach to defining processes and holding team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 5 Business Partners and Analysts, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Act as a Business Partner for one or two business areas, ensuring value creation.
• Design and enhance collaboration processes within the Data Management Office and with business stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of enablement demand and manage prioritization.
• Track and report on the function's value and impact to senior stakeholders.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Provide business insights to inform DMO's roadmap and priorities.
