Job summary

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in mechanics or electronics engineering
• Extensive design experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or similar fields
• Several years of experience in developing and leading teams

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15-20 development engineers
• Define and promote technology and competence development in assigned areas
• Oversee long-term development of the hardware area
• Collaborate with line management to ensure smooth daily operations and strategic development

Skills

• Strong people and communication skills
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization
• Experience in agile methodologies is advantageous

Education

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in mechanics or electronics engineering
