Manager, Delivery Enablement

Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing how a technology organization delivers by integrating scaled agile and structured delivery methods into a cohesive system. The Manager, Delivery Enablement will work closely with various teams to ensure the adoption of new delivery models and processes.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in operating model design, PMO, or transformation roles within large tech organizations.
• Proven experience in both scaled agile and structured delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across different organizational levels.
• Experience in leading organizational change and helping teams adapt to new delivery models.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of delivery tools like Jira/Confluence to inform operating model design.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and evolve the integration of scaled agile and structured delivery practices.
• Advise on structuring new or reshaping existing delivery entities.
• Lead workstreams to define and implement improved delivery processes.
• Support onboarding and capability-building for teams adopting new models.
• Facilitate workshops to shape and validate the delivery model.
• Translate high-level delivery decisions into practical structures and standards.
• Document the evolution of the operating model over time.
• Build relationships across the delivery community to ensure model adoption.

• Strong systems thinking and ability to identify cross-domain dependencies.
• Pragmatic approach to incremental change rather than comprehensive upfront design.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while shaping new models.

Education

• Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
