Manager, Contract Management (Legal & Compliance, Remote)

Job summary

This role leads the Contract Management team within the Legal & Compliance division, focusing on the governance of client contracts throughout their lifecycle, particularly in the post-execution phase. The position involves managing a distributed team and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and opportunities are identified.

Qualifications

• Law degree or relevant commercial/legal background
• Significant experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial legal roles, preferably in SaaS, IT, or outsourcing
• Proven leadership experience, including managing distributed teams
• Strong understanding of post-execution contract governance and commercial risk
• Ability to simplify complex contractual terms into operational guidance
• Experience in a global organization and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal tech solutions
• Knowledge of data protection and regulatory considerations relevant to SaaS contracts
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
