Maintenance Technician

Job summary

As a maintenance technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining stable operations within production facilities.

Qualifications

• Vocational technical training in fields such as Electrician, Automatics technician, Aviation mechanic, Blacksmith, or machinist with electrical superstructure.
• Experience with automation, mechanics, pneumatics, water, and steam.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance systems.
• Preferably experience in pharmaceutical or food production environments.
• Experience with automation/PLC or mechanical punching tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks.
• Address corrective maintenance during breakdowns.
• Collaborate closely with operators, specialists, and engineers.
• Work independently during weekend shifts while receiving support from a team of 26 colleagues.

Skills

• Proficient in English.
• Possession of a driving license B; additional licenses such as boiler operator and forklift are preferred.
• Service-oriented with strong collaboration skills across functions.
• Ability to remain calm during breakdowns and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical, systematic, and quality-conscious approach to work.
• Efficient task planning and responsibility-taking.
• Persistent in identifying and resolving issues.

Education

• Completion of vocational technical training in relevant fields.

Tools

• Experience with maintenance tools and systems relevant to automation and mechanical tasks.
