Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and deep learning solutions.

• Experience with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for healthcare applications using techniques like Supervised Fine-Tuning and Proximal Policy Optimization.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance AI information retrieval systems.
• Prepare and curate datasets for training and evaluation of machine learning models.
• Optimize AI models for production deployment, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy deep learning solutions.
• Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and AI engineering best practices.
