Job summary

This role involves building a proprietary dataset on European M&A transactions by cultivating a network of off-record sources such as investment bankers, private equity sponsors, and advisors. The focus is on gathering non-public insights to create structured, machine-readable datapoints that enhance the platform's capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of sources including bankers, sponsors, and consultants.
• Conduct daily high-trust conversations to gather insights on deal activity.
• Identify and track live and upcoming M&A transactions in the region.
• Ensure high-quality sourcing of proprietary datapoints for the platform.
• Collaborate with analysts and research teams to maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to the expansion of the real-time transaction pipeline.
