Job summary

This role involves working in corporate finance as an M&A Associate, focusing on guiding business owners through the buying and selling processes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct business and market analyses.
  • Prepare valuations and Information Memorandums (IMs).
  • Reach out to potential buyers and sellers.

  • Provide broad support to the manager during various projects.
