Job summary

This role involves working in corporate finance as an M&A Associate, where you will be part of a close-knit deal team assisting business owners in the buying or selling process. You will engage with clients directly and participate in various stages of transactions, emphasizing both analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming completion of a university degree in finance (e.g., cand.merc. or similar)
  • 0 - 1 years of relevant experience
  • Strong social and entrepreneurial mindset with practical, strategic, and commercial insight
  • Excellent analytical skills, punctuality, and goal-oriented approach
  • Motivation to work with SMEs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build personal relationships
  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and good command of English
