• Familiarity with AI customer service tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert on UK market dynamics, including consumer behavior and e-commerce norms.
• Provide UK-specific insights during client onboarding and consultations.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of AI-generated responses and customer communications.
• Manage escalated customer cases requiring local expertise.
• Enhance client-facing content for local relevance and assist in maintaining AI workflows.
• Represent the UK market perspective in team decision-making processes.
• Participate in daily customer service activities alongside E-commerce Assistants.
