Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service. The Lifecycle Specialist will work within a global team to enhance HR practices and improve customer experiences across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret employment laws and provide guidance across various jurisdictions.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and redundancy processes.
  • Facilitate meetings and negotiations regarding terminations and separations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and administer termination documents while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to product development.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions.

Education

  • Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience in HR management.
