The Lifecycle Specialist focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service. This role is part of a larger Lifecycle team dedicated to enhancing HR practices and customer experiences globally.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, particularly in offboarding and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance in various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee exits, ensuring a superior offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and terminations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and manage termination documents with attention to detail.
  • Respond to queries regarding offboarding and Employee Relations resources.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and related tools.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
