Job summary

The Lifecycle Specialist focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support for external employees, ensuring compliance with legal standards while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is part of a larger Lifecycle team dedicated to enhancing HR practices and customer experiences globally.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, particularly in employee relations and offboarding processes.
  • Strong understanding of legal compliance in various international jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee exits, ensuring a positive offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and manage termination documents while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Respond to queries regarding offboarding and employee relations.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to product development.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and related tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
