The Lifecycle Specialist focuses on managing employee exits and providing Employee Relations support for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and excellent customer service. This role is part of a larger team dedicated to enhancing HR practices and customer experiences globally.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, employee relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for clients and employees.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and employment contracts.
  • Facilitate meetings related to workforce reductions and terminations, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance during offboarding.
  • Draft and manage termination documents while adhering to privacy regulations.
  • Respond to queries regarding offboarding and employee relations.
  • Conduct assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and related tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
