Job summary

This role focuses on managing employee exits for external employees while ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. The Lifecycle Specialist will also provide first-level Employee Relations support and contribute to process improvements within the employee lifecycle team.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with a generalist HR background across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits, ensuring legal compliance and sensitivity.
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end employee exits across various jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience.
  • Provide guidance on HR matters such as termination, resignation, and redundancy processes.
  • Facilitate meetings regarding workforce reductions and negotiations in separations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
  • Draft and administer termination documents with attention to detail.
  • Process offboarding on the internal HRIS platform, collaborating with various teams.
  • Respond to queries on offboarding matters and navigate clients through Employee Relations resources.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
