Job summary

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with information security regulations within a global organization. You will be responsible for translating complex legal requirements into actionable frameworks and supporting leadership decision-making in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with cyber security regulations (e.g., NIS2, GDPR)
• Background in legal or compliance, such as cand.merc.(jur) or equivalent
• Experience collaborating with IT, legal, and security teams
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in structured management reporting
• Ability to work in a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented manner

Responsibilities

• Maintain an overview of relevant cyber security regulations
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks and roadmaps
• Assist regional information security officers with local compliance needs
• Ensure regulatory reporting to boards and senior management
• Keep audit-ready documentation aligned with regulatory expectations
• Monitor legislative developments in information security and assess their impact
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance functions
