About the role

Job summary

The role involves facilitating the adoption of new systems and processes within a rapidly growing organization. The Learning & Change Enablement Specialist will design learning experiences and onboarding initiatives to support employees during transitions.

Qualifications

  • Background in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or consulting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design learning journeys for system implementations and business transformations.
  • Translate business processes into engaging learning materials.
  • Develop e-learning content, presentations, videos, and guides.
  • Create communication materials to support change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain documentation standards and templates.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new entities and employees.
  • Ensure learning content is relevant and aligned with the operating model.
  • Collaborate with project teams to prepare training activities before go-live.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clarify complex information.
  • Ability to work across various functions and stakeholder groups.
  • Curiosity about new technology and innovative working methods.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI-enabled tools, and e-learning platforms such as Articulate Rise or Storyline is beneficial.
