Job summary

This role involves working within a team focused on developing leadership skills through assessment, training, and facilitation. The position includes creating and redesigning courses, delivering training programs, and providing individual coaching to leaders across various industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in leadership, behavioral analysis, and development processes.
  • Proficient in English at a professional level.
  • Familiarity with psychometric tests and behavioral observation, with a willingness to obtain certification if not already certified.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and analysis of Human Factors for individuals and groups.
  • Administer psychometric tests and analyze results for operational leaders.
  • Deliver Human Factor training using simulators.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and individual coaching sessions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop training and personality analysis programs.

Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Independent worker with teamwork capabilities.

Education

  • Background in psychology or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with assessment tools and training simulators is advantageous.
