Job summary

This role involves leading the delivery of complex solutions tailored to client requirements in the financial technology sector. The Lead Solution Consultant will leverage extensive domain knowledge to oversee projects and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in Front Office – Investments within banks, asset managers, insurers, or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with implementing financial software is preferred.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with a focus on client orientation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivery best practices.
• Translate complex solution designs into robust architectures and delivery plans.
• Lead solution workstreams, coordinating with project managers and technical teams for timely delivery.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.
• Review solution designs and documentation for compliance and maintainability.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex operational issues.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing solution delivery methods and tools.
