Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in Rewards, preferably in global organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and driving change across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimize reward programs, frameworks, and processes.
  • Lead global reward initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders based on market insights and business needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on reward topics to HR stakeholders and leaders.
  • Enhance reward analytics and insights to improve transparency and decision-making.
  • Investigate how technology and data can enhance reward programs and employee experiences.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
