Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 8 years of experience in Rewards, preferably in global organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions
  • Proven experience in leading projects and driving change across functions and geographies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize reward programs and processes
  • Lead global reward initiatives from conception through to implementation
  • Provide recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data and market insights
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders on reward topics
  • Conduct reward analytics to improve transparency and decision-making
  • Investigate how technology and data can enhance reward programs and employee experience
