Lead Key Account Manager (Offshore Tools)

Job summary

This role involves leading complex forecasting and budgeting processes for offshore tools and equipment essential for offshore wind turbine operations. The position requires collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between project demand and supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational cost drivers.
• Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cross-functional and global organizations.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the 6-year forecasting and budgeting process for the offshore portfolio.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of project demands, validating and challenging inputs.
• Serve as the primary contact for forecasting, addressing risks, and ensuring project alignment with budget targets.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making.
• Enhance governance and continuous improvement of forecasting and reporting processes.

Education
