Job summary

The role involves leading the integration development for a rapidly growing HCM product, focusing on modernizing the platform towards a cloud-native architecture. The Lead Integration Developer will define technical direction for APIs and integrations, engage in hands-on coding, and mentor team members while making key technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in modernizing legacy codebases and addressing non-functional requirements such as security and performance.
• Strong ownership of architecture and ability to drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture in collaboration with the Architect.
• Own integration patterns and standards.
• Design scalable APIs and integration services.
• Enhance technical implementations and promote coding best practices.
• Improve reliability, performance, and observability of the platform.
• Guide the migration towards cloud-native services.
• Mentor developers and elevate engineering standards.

Skills

• Proficient in C#/.NET, MS SQL, Hangfire, REST, and GraphQL.
• Experience with API/interface modeling using OpenAPI.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Git and tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
