Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leveraging digital channels for measurable business impact.
  • Experience in building AI-powered workflows for digital growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience managing external agency partners and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Define and optimize global paid acquisition strategies across various channels.
  • Own website strategy, governance, and performance measurement, focusing on user journeys and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and execute the global SEO strategy to enhance organic traffic and visibility.
  • Manage digital reporting and performance dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Oversee relationships and performance with digital agencies and partners.

Skills

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on digital marketing efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with key digital channels, including LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
