Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and maintenance of AI agents and automations within the infrastructure.
• Ensure cost control, reliability, and effective monitoring of AI systems.
• Build and maintain MCP connectors for AI tool integration.
• Develop IT operational processes for efficient operations and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with business units for seamless execution across teams.
