Job summary

This role offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a Nordic HR team while supporting both operational and strategic HR activities. The position is based in either Copenhagen or Oslo and involves collaboration with a team of HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In the 1st or 2nd year of the Master's program or recently graduated and available for part-time work.
  • Interest in operational and strategic HR.
  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to work.
  • Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Coordinate and execute activities for the Graduate Program for 2027.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including candidate coordination and employer branding.
  • Help plan and execute annual HR processes such as performance management and engagement surveys.
  • Manage people data, reporting, and analysis while leading projects across stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Education

  • Master's degree in progress or recently completed in relevant fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with HR management systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
