Job summary

This role is designed for students interested in management consulting, specifically within the Digital Transformation team. The position starts in summer 2026 and involves working on various digital and IT projects, contributing to strategy, project design, and execution across multiple areas.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree or starting a master's degree in IT, digital, business, mathematical modelling, engineering, social sciences, or similar, with strong academic performance.
  • Approximately 1½–2 years remaining before graduation, ideally completing a master's program in 2028.
  • Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with AI tools, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A solid understanding of IT and digital topics.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Relevant experience from previous roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a variety of tasks for both internal and external projects, primarily focusing on external clients.
  • Conduct structured analysis and presentations within a technical context.
  • Participate in the analysis, preparation, and execution of workshops, as well as manage parts of projects.
  • Adapt to different problem types, levels of context maturity, and phases of transformation.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Empathy and teamwork, with the ability to drive objectives independently.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in progress.

Tools

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in AI tools.
