Job summary

This role involves working closely with IT and Business teams to address complex technical and business challenges within the FX trading environment. The position is embedded on the trading floor, providing real-time support to traders and sales teams while managing the FX Production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with relevant work experience
• Technical skills in Linux, SQL, and Python
• Strong communication skills in professional-level English
• Experience or interest in AI tools and technologies
• Banking or financial services experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for trading systems, supporting real-time operations
• Innovate monitoring strategies and tools to enhance system performance
• Oversee changes in the FX Production environment and manage electronic FX platforms
• Lead incident resolution and coordinate cross-team efforts for troubleshooting
• Utilize AI and automation to improve operational efficiency
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
