Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a corporate, finance, consulting, or similar environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
• Interest in financial performance, markets, and investor communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and senior leadership calendars
• Manage travel logistics, scheduling, and meeting preparation
• Ensure seamless execution of key events including results presentations and investor webinars
• Support the preparation of investor presentations and results materials
• Draft charts and ensure high-quality formatting and consistency
• Track share price performance and analyst consensus
• Maintain accurate investor records and distribution lists

Skills

• Experience balancing coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical work
• Exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or corporate finance is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is beneficial

Education

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
