International Trainer (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on creating and delivering training solutions for hearing care professionals globally, enhancing their ability to support hearing aid users. The position involves empowering professionals through innovative training materials and presentations.

Qualifications

• Background in Audiology or Hearing Sciences
• Experience in the hearing aid or medical device industry
• Proven experience fitting hearing aids in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in hearing solutions, fitting software, and accessories
• Design and create impactful training materials for a train-the-trainer approach
• Conduct live webinars to train local wholesale teams
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Research Audiologists, and Marketing teams to produce high-quality training content

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Learning Management Systems
• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Effective stakeholder management and a positive attitude

Education

• Relevant educational background in Audiology or Hearing Sciences

Tools

Expect approximately 20 days of travel per year. This is a full-time position with relocation required for applicants outside of Denmark.
