Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in audiology or substantial audiological knowledge
• Solid experience in leading and delivering commercial training in a global context
• Practical commercial understanding, preferably from the MedTech industry

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 audiologists to deliver effective training solutions
• Create and implement training for field trainers, sales teams, and customers
• Develop a train-the-trainer approach to support scalable learning across markets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with commercial priorities
• Foster collaboration with international trainers and maintain training standards
