Job summary

This role involves leading global training initiatives to enhance commercial success across various markets and customer segments. The Director will oversee a team dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences that align with commercial strategies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in audiology or substantial audiological knowledge.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial training on a global scale.
• Practical understanding of commercial dynamics, preferably in the MedTech sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training solutions for field trainers, sales teams, customer service, and clients.
• Create a scalable train-the-trainer approach to enhance learning across markets and distributor networks.
• Collaborate with international trainers and establish Communities of Practice.
• Ensure training standards meet regulatory requirements and evolve based on feedback.
• Lead and develop the training team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
