Learning Specialist (Remote, Global)

Job summary

The Learning Specialist will focus on enhancing the adoption of global Quality processes through innovative content creation and effective communication strategies. This role is pivotal in fostering a quality-centric culture within the organization while advancing personal career growth in a global context.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a complex, global, or matrix organization.
• Master’s degree in Learning, Communication, Educational Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in content creation, communication planning, and learning solutions.
• Ability to work independently and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging learning and communication content for the Quality Academy and key initiatives.
• Plan and execute learning campaigns and events to promote quality awareness.
• Manage and enhance communication channels to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to produce impactful content.
• Develop high-quality materials including articles, videos, and learning resources.
• Advise on simplifying global procedures with a focus on user needs and performance.

Skills

• Strong digital content development skills, including video production and editing, SharePoint, and MS 365 applications.
• Ability to convey complex changes into clear and relatable messages.
• Experience in designing effective learning experiences that enhance employee performance.
• Skilled in creating communication strategies that drive behavior change through storytelling.
• Excellent at simplifying complex information for accessibility.
• Strong collaboration skills with leaders and project teams.
• Strategic use of various communication and learning channels to engage employees.

Education

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
