Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service within an English-speaking team, assisting customers and external sales colleagues with inquiries and product information. The position requires handling returns, complaints, and order entries while supporting customers on various online platforms.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education in administration, communication, sales, or trade.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international company is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in CRM, Outlook, and Microsoft Office being advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Advise customers and distributors on a wide range of products.
  • Manage returns and complaints effectively.
  • Support customers on online platforms and digital services.
  • Process order entries accurately.
