Qualifications

  • Relevant education in administration, communication, sales, or trade.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international company is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German or Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, familiarity with CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • Advise customers and distributors on a wide range of products.
  • Manage returns and complaints effectively.
  • Assist customers with online platforms and digital services.
  • Process order entries accurately.
