Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to support colleagues, distributors, and customers in the French market. The position is part of an international customer service team focused on delivering high-quality assistance and product advice.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education in administration, communication, sales, or trade.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in French (both written and spoken) and a good level of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone and email.
  • Advise customers and distributors on product offerings.
  • Manage returns and handle customer complaints.
  • Assist customers with online platforms and digital services.
  • Process order entries.

Skills

  • Strong IT skills; experience with CRM systems, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Service-minded, structured, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
