Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to support colleagues, distributors, and customers in the French market. You will be part of an international customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery through various communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education in administration, communication, sales, or trade.
  • Experience in a similar role within an international company is preferred.
  • Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in CRM, Outlook, and Microsoft Office being advantageous.

Responsibilities
