Intern Mechanical Engineer

Job summary

This internship focuses on supporting mechanical engineering for advanced modules in customer concept cars, including integration of industrially designed parts for next-generation sound systems. The role involves assisting in the engineering of interior modules and ensuring feasibility, verification, and documentation for product development handover.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a passed examination.
• Willingness to learn about the design and engineering of injection-molded plastic components.
• Experience using CAD tools.
• Interest in mechanical design of industrial products, emphasizing surface finish and visual appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in concept definition and architecture.
• Support CAD engineering using CATIA V5.
• Design parts and modules.
• Contribute to module building and verification.
• Document engineering concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on interface alignment.
• Work in a global team environment.

Skills

• Knowledge of module architecture processes is a plus.
