Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Communication & Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, Business Psychology, Leadership Communication, Cultural Communication, or related fields.
• Proactive and enjoys working with people and technology.
• Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
• Content creation skills; knowledge of video production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content for internal communication channels, including Viva Engage and SharePoint.
• Contribute to discussions on recognition, workload, and growth, and their impact on employee experience.
• Explore the integration of AI in communication practices.
• Share meaningful stories about employees in various formats.

Skills

• Tech-savvy and willing to experiment with new tools and platforms.
• Strong interest in clear and inclusive communication.

Education

• Enrollment in relevant academic programs as mentioned in qualifications.

Tools
