About the role

Job summary

This internship offers a unique opportunity for Bachelor's or Master's students in Denmark to engage in a full-time role focused on program impact within the Biotechnology team. The position is designed for the spring semester of 2027 and aims to enhance understanding of health and sustainability through practical experience in impact assessment and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in fields such as biotechnology, biology, interdisciplinary studies, economics, or related areas.
  • Interest in biology, biotechnology, and solutions for planetary health.
  • Experience or interest in program evaluation and impact assessment, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient in English; Danish fluency is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct retrospective reviews and efficacy assessments of previously funded programs in biotechnology, agriculture, and food systems.
  • Develop and apply evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes and impacts of projects.
  • Perform interviews with stakeholders for comprehensive assessments of programs.
  • Synthesize lessons learned to inform future funding decisions.
