About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the integration of telecoms, network, and low-voltage technical infrastructure during the construction phase of a datacentre, ensuring effective coordination with civil, structural, and MEP works.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in construction project management, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in delivering integration or technical infrastructure projects within datacentres or large-scale commercial builds.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and delivery of integration packages, including pathways, containment, cabling, and BMS interfaces.
  • Validate project close-out documentation to ensure compliance with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to assess feasibility and integration impacts.
  • Drive the commissioning and handover plan, ensuring timely delivery of documentation and certifications.
  • Manage scope, programme dependencies, and critical sequencing across multiple trades.
  • Ensure contractors implement best safety practices and site procedures.
  • Work with internal and external partners to meet capacity and integration milestones within budget.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of interfaces between telecoms, networks, BMS, MEP systems, and the built environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Degree in construction project management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management software and tools relevant to construction and integration projects.
