Job summary

An experienced innovation professional is sought to lead interdisciplinary innovation programs with external partners, focusing on health, women, and social technology. The role involves developing strategic partnerships and facilitating collaboration between students and industry.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in innovation and development.
• Experience coordinating and managing innovation programs connecting students and industry, particularly in women’s health and social entrepreneurship.
• Established network and collaboration experience across universities, especially in Denmark.
• Proven success in securing external funding for innovation learning formats.
• Knowledge of youth engagement and sustainability.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and developing social or technological solutions.
• Understanding of innovation ecosystems and the role of intermediary organizations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate innovation activities with external partners and students.
• Develop and deliver modules in collaboration with student innovation and startup coaching teams.
• Scope challenges from external partners to enable student participation.
• Mobilize funding and create activities that enhance partnerships.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
