Job summary

The role involves managing client relationships from contract signing to active usage, ensuring a smooth implementation process and ongoing client success. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with clients' compliance and operations teams to tailor solutions and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, or customer success within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with technical and legal documentation, data flows, and integrations.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site engagements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
