About the role

Job summary

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign execution and client satisfaction during a 10-12 month maternity cover. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable value to clients.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client account management or customer success roles.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3rd party ad servers, ad verification tools, and SSPs/DSPs is a plus.
  • Experience with tag management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing management.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client retention and growth.
  • Provide client training and performance reporting, including post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion based on client needs.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
